These terms apply when you install or use GPSR Safety Sync. By using the app, you agree to them.
What the app does
GPSR Safety Sync helps you display product safety information on your Shopify store to support your obligations under the EU General Product Safety Regulation. It collects the safety details you enter and shows them to shoppers in a panel on your product pages.
Not legal advice, and not a guarantee of compliance
GPSR Safety Sync is a tool, not a law firm. It helps you present information, but it does not provide legal advice and it does not guarantee that your store or your products are compliant with the GPSR or any other law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for meeting your own legal obligations. If you are unsure what the GPSR requires for your products, seek professional advice.
Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for the activity on your store and for keeping your access secure. Do not use the app to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
Plans and billing
The app offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. All billing is handled by Shopify through your Shopify account, including any free trial. You can move between plans inside the app, and you can cancel Pro at any time; cancellation takes effect according to Shopify's billing terms. Prices are shown in the app and on this website and may change with notice.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app available and accurate, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may pause or discontinue the service. Where we can, we will give reasonable notice of significant changes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the app for legal compliance. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the three months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify Admin. Uninstalling removes the app's access and triggers deletion of your data as described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's place of establishment. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
